     Journal of Communications and Information Networks (JCIN) is an English language academic journal established in 2016, sponsored by Posts & Telecom Press, publishing peer-reviewed and high quality original articles and authoritative reviews that focus on communications and information networks. The mission of the journal is leading the academic frontier with an international view, promoting global communications and serving for the national cyber development strategy.

       JCIN is a quarterly publication oriented to the home and abroad scientific research staffs, doctoral candidates, senior technical staffs who major in crosses and integration of electronics, communications, computer and automatic control. Both theoretical and practical contributions are encouraged, and original research papers reporting novel solutions to the hot topics in communications and networks are particularly welcome.

       The general scope ranges from theoretical contributions to practical implementation, and include, but are not limited to the following: broadband wireless communications, LiFi, satellite communications, high altitude platform communications, multimedia communications, cognitive radio networks, mobile Ad hoc networks, spatial information networks, smart and cooperative networks, quantum communications and networks, 5G communication technology, Internet of things, cyber-physical systems and networks, cyber security, future networks.
